Are you VAT-registered?

Yes, I am VAT-registered

(I have a VAT number and file VAT returns. The full legal obligation applies to me.)

As a VAT-registered business, from 1 January 2027 you must issue and receive e-invoices in the standardised Peppol XML (UBL 2.1) format. Classic PDF invoices sent by e-mail will not be accepted as tax documents in B2B transactions with other VAT-registered parties.

No, I am not VAT-registered

(I do not charge VAT or my turnover is below the threshold. I only need to be able to receive e-invoices.)

As a non-VAT-registered business, you do not need to issue Peppol e-invoices. However, from 2027 you have a legal obligation to receive e-invoices when a VAT-registered supplier sends them to you. The FREE plan covers this.

Which software do you currently use for invoicing?

QASIDA ERP or QASIDA START — Native Peppol integration

As a QASIDA user, you benefit from native integration directly in your system. Peppol communication runs transparently in the background without changing your workflows.

Based on your software, we will recommend the most efficient connection to the Peppol network.

Other ERP/large billing systems

For larger ERP systems we recommend Enterprise API integration.

Our technical specialists will prepare an individual analysis and integration design. Typical implementation takes 4–8 weeks.

Excel/Word/No software

Without a dedicated ERP system, we recommend our web-based Invoice Manager.

invoices directly in the portal — the system automatically converts them to Peppol XML and delivers them to the recipient.

Local accounting systems

Most probably we have connector or plugin for your software.
If so, just create an account in Qasida Invoice Manager, generate an API key and enter it in your software settings. The whole process takes less than 30 minutes.

How many invoices do you issue per month?

Invoice volume determines the optimal pricing plan.
